Joel is the associate pastor of Grace Mosaic, laboring in the areas of worship and spiritual formation. He is also the founder and co-director of the Daily Prayer Project, a ministry and movement of Grace Mosaic that seeks to animate the life of prayer through the manifold beauty of the church. Joel is a professional musician in the DC area and an intercultural consultant qualified in the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI). He lives in the beautiful fifth ward of DC with his wife, three sons, and a flock of chickens.
