Russ Whitfield
Lead Pastor
Russ Whitfield is the founding pastor of Grace Mosaic, a dynamic church that he is delighted to be leading into its second decade of existence. After growing up in the church as a pastor’s son, walking away from the faith, and being rescued by God on the campus of New York University, Russ sensed a call to ministry and pursued theological education in Dallas, TX.

Joel Littlepage
Pastor of Worship and Formation
Joel is the associate pastor of Grace Mosaic, laboring in the areas of worship and spiritual formation. He is also the founder and co-director of the Daily Prayer Project, a ministry and movement of Grace Mosaic that seeks to animate the life of prayer through the manifold beauty of the church.

Ashley Williams
Ministry Coordinator
Ashley has served as ministry coordinator at Mosaic since 2019. She also serves as a shepherdess, co-directs a liturgical project with Pastor Joel, and serves young women through a para-church college ministry at Howard University.

Danielle Bedlion
Children’s Ministry Coordinator
Danielle loves working alongside families in our ever-growing children’s ministry. She desires for our littlest ones to be in awe of the amazing things God has done, is doing, and will do!

Caleb Jakana
Pastoral Resident
Caleb was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. While in college, Caleb joined Reformed University Fellowship (RUF) and this is where he had a deeper appreciation and understanding of the work and person of Jesus Christ. After graduating from college, he moved to Baton Rouge to work with RUF for three years.

Josh Putrasahan
Pastoral Resident
Joshua grew up in Tempe, Arizona, spent his undergrad studying Architecture at Georgia Tech, and interned for 2 years with Reformed University Fellowship at Vanderbilt University before moving up to DC with his wife Mary and their two cats.

Haley Williams
Formation Resident
Haley is very glad to be joining the Grace Mosaic community! The Lord has given her a passion for connecting with people as well as a strong desire to grow and help the church to be a community where all kinds of people can experience God’s grace and loving-kindness.
